Dr Mustafa Ghafouri — a medical doctor and data scientist. He has led data science teams in UK healthcare and built hospitalwaits.co.uk, the independent tracker of NHS hospital waiting times. He reads the CQC bulk files, writes the extraction code, and hand-reviews every diligence pack before it ships.
The rules the site is built on
Ratings appear exactly as CQC published them, always with the publication date. We add nothing, score nothing and scrape nothing. Where we infer (ownership-change flags), the inference and its limits are stated next to the number. The full method is on data & methods.
