Operator diligence packs

A hand-reviewed CQC intelligence pack on any named care operator or home in England

For buyers, brokers and lenders who don't have a diligence team. Facts only, in CQC's own words, every figure dated — citable as published, with nothing re-scored on the way through.

£149
Single site

One care home or service: its full record, its provider's track record, and its local market.

£249
Provider group

A whole operator: every site risk-first, portfolio mix vs England, deregistration history, entity linkage.

48-hour turnaround. Order by email: tell us the target and we confirm scope and take payment the same working day — the pack lands within 48 hours of confirmation.

Or email mustafa@doctor-data.co.uk with the subject “Diligence pack order” and the home or group name.

What every pack contains

  • Full ratings history at key-question level, back to the start of the record
  • Enforcement signals — Inadequate / Requires improvement moves and deactivations
  • Registration changes on the location and the provider
  • Failure themes from recent inspection reports, quoted verbatim
  • The provider's whole-portfolio track record and rating mix vs England
  • Local-market registrations and closures over the last 12 months
  • Companies House linkage for the operating entity

Who reviews every pack

Each pack is hand-reviewed before it ships by Dr Mustafa Ghafouri, a medical doctor and data scientist — the same person who built this site and hospitalwaits.co.uk. If a figure can't be traced to a dated CQC publication, it doesn't go in.

The honest limits: England only, public data only — no site visit, no mock inspection, no invented composite score. A pack is information rather than professional advice; it sits alongside the survey, the accountants and the mock-inspection consultancies, and replaces none of them.

Two real sample packs, ungated

Both samples are complete and ungated — judge the format before you order. Built from CQC's most recent monthly bulk data on real operators; they print to clean A4.

Sample: Care Concern Group

A real 56-home group — ratings mix vs the national benchmark, Safe/Well-led exposure, inspection recency, deregistration history.

Sample: Advinia Health Care

A real large operator — the same facts-grid, verdict-first format on a different portfolio shape.
